As a buyer, do I need to be pre-approved if financing is required?
In order to know what your buying power will be and to have the strongest offer possible in negotiating acceptance, you are suggested to go through the loan pre-appvoal process with the lender of your choice.
As a seller, how should I prepare my property prior to marketing?
Having your property in the best possible condition will help maximize buyer interest and increase the likelyhood your will receive strong offers. I can provide guidance with de-cluttering, pre-inspection, repairing, staging and engaging in a strong marketing campaign to provide maximum exposure.
